Beautiful, classic cottage with a kitchen-living room with wood-burning stove and large floor-to-ceiling windows that let the light nicely into the living room. From the house you come out onto the large wooden terraces where you can fully enjoy the view and the sun. Further you have two bedrooms and a good bathroom. The location of the house is quiet, by the large drained area Lammefjorden, not far from the fjord and the Dragskanaal, which is an El Dorado of recreational anglers. Only fifteen minutes drive to Holbæk, which offers a beautiful harbor ambience and many stores, cafes and restaurants. From Holbæk the small ferry goes to the island of Orø, which is also worth a trip. Close to Sommerland Sjælland, several golf courses, Dragsholm Slot from the 13th century, where according to legend the white ghost should peddle. The castle is unique and beautifully situated on Nekselø Bay. Here you can also get a culinary experience from local ingredients, or visit the many art galleries that characterize the Odsherred. In just an hour you are in Copenhagen with all its vibrant life and experiences.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
