Description
This well-appointed vacation home was designed by an architect and is situated at the very top of a dune plot with panoramic views over the dunes. The house is surrounded by several lovely, undisturbed terraces and offers a spacious sun yard. From here you do not walk far to the beach and the fascinating North Sea. Grærup is a small vacation resort between Vejers and Henne, an area characterized by wild nature and inviting for walks. Enthusiastic anglers can look forward to Grærup's fishing lake (put and take). There are several adventure pools, bowling alleys and mini golf courses here, and also make a trip to Esbjerg, about 35 km south of Grærup. In Esbjerg you will find stores, cultural events and festivals, museums, art and unique nature.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
