Beautiful, bright vacation home with hot tub and sea view.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with underfloor heating and jacuzzi and a large living room with lots of light and high ceilings. Extending the living room you will find a dining area and an open kitchen where you can enjoy each other's company while cooking. The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. Here you will also find a convenient utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside you have a nice terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. At the end of the terrace is the modern hot tub where you can relax and take it down a notch after an active day.
You are only 300 meters from the nearest sandy beach, so on hot days it is recommended to take a trip to the beach.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
