The large open kitchen of 2020 with all modern appliances makes it easy to prepare the many vacation meals. From the kitchen you have direct access to a cozy dining room overlooking the beautiful nature of Bornholm with the sea as a background. You have two bathrooms, one of which is large with a whirlpool, and three large bedrooms with comfortable beds. There is also an additional living room here, where the children can watch TV comfortably. From the living room you have access to the large wooden terrace, which can be closed and is therefore suitable for, among others, dogs. The vacation hours are in through a path from the cottage direct access to the beach. The beautiful comfort, modern furnishings and not least the attractive location on this beautiful natural plot in the first row of the fine sandy beach makes this house suitable for a vacation stay at any time of the year

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
