On the ground floor there are two spacious living rooms, a dining room and a separate kitchen. Of the four bedrooms on the upper floor, two have a fireplace and one has its own bathroom. A further bedroom is located on the ground floor. The sea and its sandy beaches are 5 km away, the golf course of Valescure 3 km, the centre of Saint-Raphaël with its exciting entertainment programme in the summer months 1.5 km.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
