- Spacious living room with an electric ambiance fireplace
- Outdoor fireplace is a decorative feature (not to be used)
- 1 bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower
- Water-saving showerhead
- Spacious, furnished terrace with a pergola
- Private parking spot
- Pets allowed (max. 2)
- Some locations have a storage room (bookable with preference)

Special notes
- The wood-fired hot tub takes 3 to 4 hours to heat up. You must be present while the hot tub is heating. Please refer to the manual in the app. (Unfortunately, the hot tub cannot be used on the arrival and departure day.)
- The sauna takes 1 to 2 hours to heat up and can be turned on by yourself. Please refer to the manual in the app.
* Smoking, gourmet cooking, and fondue are not allowed in the Berken Lodge Eco 4-person with Hot Tub & Sauna.

Fantastische ligging en een mooi huisje. Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We hadden ook nog eens goed weer, prachtige eerste vakantie met 4 maanden oude baby gehad!
