Description
Beautiful half-timbered house with thatched roof. It is located in the first row to the water and offers a beautiful view of the Svendborg sound especially from the terraces. The location is as beautiful as described in a poem by H. C. Andersen.
The beach area at the house does not belong to the house owner, i.e. you do not have direct access to the water, but you can reach the nearest swimming spot about 500 m from the house. The house is listed, you can expect a beautiful view especially from the terrace. Rustic style inside. 2 of the 4 sleeping places are on the sofa bed on the 1st floor.
Walking through Troense you will see half-timbered houses for which the town is known. The marina is 500 meters away and is lively in the summer. 3 km away you will find Valdemars castle. You will learn more about the history there. The castle also hosts concerts and fairs.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
