The heart of the house is the living area with large windows and dining area, which is connected to the kitchen. Spend sociable evenings here with family and friends and enjoy the view of the garden from the sofa. From here you can also access the open terrace, where you can start the day with a delicious breakfast and enjoy the view of the countryside and the swimming lake.
Your children can run from the house directly onto the lawn and play outside in the fresh air.
In the surrounding area, it is worth visiting the more than 2000-year-old city of Nijmegen, which is just a few kilometers from the house. The park also offers many exciting activities with table tennis, mini golf and playground.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
