Villa Nila is located near the famous coastal town of Umag. In the well-kept and completely fenced property there is a private outdoor pool that invites you to refresh yourself on hot summer days. Villa Nila is the perfect choice to discover the beauties of Istria and is located just a short drive from the famous town of Umag. Umag and its surroundings are famous for wine and olive oil production. Numerous sporting events take place here, such as the ATP Croatia Open. This is why the town is often called 'the town of sport'. Nearby is Novigrad, a former fishing village that has developed into an attractive vacation destination. In the towns you will find a wide selection of cafes, bars, shops and local restaurants where you can sample excellent Mediterranean cuisine. Beautiful nature, crystal clear sea, pleasant climate and much more awaits you in Istria.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
