This beautiful property dating back to 1890 is far away from the hustle and bustle. It is surrounded by nature with lots of Mediterranean plants and fruit and is ideal for children to play in. The landlord, who lives in the other half of the house, runs a small farm. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from the whole estate! The house is built in Istrian style and rustically furnished. On the ground floor of the house is the konoba with an indoor fireplace and kitchen. On the 1st floor you will find the living area with kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the 2nd floor, which also has a living area with kitchen and a bedroom, there is another living area with mini kitchen and bathroom, as well as a sleeping loft, which can be reached via a very steep staircase and is therefore not suitable for small children. The lowest ceiling height is 1.3 metres. The landlord's property includes a small lake and caves, which can be visited. The surrounding area is ideal for fishing, ball games, hiking and much more!

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
