Beautiful apartments in a complex with communal pool, consisting of a renovated farmhouse with barn, 2 km from Larciano (in the province of Pistoia). The apartments have a private entrance and outdoor area for outdoor dining. You are here in a place of great atmosphere, in hillside among olive trees and with beautiful panoramic pool. The farm offers guided tours in the farm, a small restaurant, visit to a mill and sale of oil, wine and honey from own production. Excursions: Beautiful Pistoia, with its charming Piazza Duomo with ancient bell tower, is about 17 km away. In the same square are the Cathedral, the Town Hall, the Baptistery, behind which is a picturesque little marketplace. To Lucca with its imposing city walls, beautiful churches and squares, such as the famous Amphitheater Square, it is 40 km. Lucca also hosts two events of great importance every year, the Lucca Summer Festival with concerts by internationally known singers and the Lucca Comics, a must for fantasy fans. The beautiful city of Pisa with the picturesque Piazza dei Miracoli with the Duomo, the Baptistery and the world famous Leaning Tower is about 55 km away. From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
