Beautiful holiday apartment on the ground floor,1 km from Dolcedo, and just a few kilometres from the centre of Imperia, Porto Maurizio and its beaches. It is in a characteristic Ligurian country house and has a lovely private garden and a beautiful view of the valley. Ideal for families, it consists of a beautiful living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Guests have exclusive use of a table and chairs in the garden, ideal for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings. Nature lovers will appreciate the many hiking trails in the valley, which can be explored on foot or by bike. Imperia and Porto Maurizio with its beaches are about 10 km away, the characteristic towns of Alassio (36 km) Diano Marina (17 km), Cervo (25 km), Bordighera (46 km), Seborga (49 km). You can reach the Côte d'Azur in just over half an hour by car: Menton (64 km), Nice (84 km), Monte Carlo (71 km) and just before, the beautiful beaches of Balzi Rossi (58 km) with their unspoilt nature and crystal clear waters, the botanical gardens of Villa Hanbury in Grimaldi (58 km). Electric bicycles and electric cars can be recharged in front of the house. Possibility to rent electric bikes nearby. Unpaved access road.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
