These three cozy vacation apartments are located on the second floor. They have their own terrace and a shared barbecue area on the property. In a few minutes you can walk to the sea and the beach and in the immediate vicinity there is a store and a restaurant. If you want to rent a boat or a pedal boat, the friendly host will be happy to help with that.
The island of Rab has beautiful sandy, pebble and rocky beaches with facilities and sports. In the evening you can walk along the promenade by the sea to the town of Rab. The mild climate and lush vegetation are guaranteed to captivate you.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
