Unique house by the sea for unforgettable group stay.
Welcome to Storholmen Island, a tranquil isle with only a few houses. You will stay in an exclusive, dreamlike location directly on a bay by the water with your own jetty. The island is almost 1.5 km long and 1 km wide, the highest point is 67 meters above sea level. Here you have a 360-degree view of the surrounding island landscape.
As a group, you'll find quality, spacious furnishings where you can spread out at your best. The outdoor jacuzzi can be used for a fee.
To get to the island, take a ferry from Larsnes to Åram or Kvamsøya. The house owner will pick up guests by boat by arrangement.

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
