Description
Part of a semi-detached house with sea view, about 1400 m from the beach of Grotticelle. The area is Capo Vaticano, not far from the beautiful beaches of the famous Costa degli Dei. Your vacation accommodation is on three levels: on the first floor a double bedroom with bathroom (maximum height 1.9 m), a private outdoor area, a beautiful covered terrace, paved and equipped for your outdoor meals and with stone barbecue. On the second floor two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. An external spiral staircase leads to the attic with double bedroom (minimum height 1.65 m and maximum height 2.10 m) and a small open terrace where you can relax in front of a good glass of wine and enjoy the panoramic view to the Aeolian Islands on sunny days. The three floors are connected only by an external staircase. Do not miss the culinary specialties in the many restaurants in the area that offer traditional dishes. Near the house you will find the Maritime Museum and the Capo Vaticano lighthouse. It is only 10 km to the famous Tropea, but you can also take a ferry to reach the charming Aeolian Islands for a nice excursion.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
