Don't miss a trip to the "Stretti of Giaredo", the deep gorges on the Gordona River that will amaze you with the contrast of the colors of the rocks with the crystal clear water. Finally, less than 70 km away, there is the beautiful Versilia with the very popular Forte dei Marmi, a must for shopping lovers, and Pietrasanta, the "little Athens", a real open-air museum, a perfect destination for art and art lovers, attraction for artists from all over the world. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
