The spacious house offers plenty of room for your family and friends to enjoy a successful holiday. The pool and whirlpool provide fun and relaxation. In 2006, a beautiful extension was built with an activity room and 2 extra bedrooms. The cosy courtyard is ideal for barbecues and dining on warm evenings. The beach invites you to relax all year round. The fishing grounds at Gjerrild are particularly rich, with trout and salmon and garfish in the spring.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
