Description
Cozy little vacation home in Gedser Holiday Park. On the southwest side of the house is the screened terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. You go up stairs to the second floor where you will find the bedroom. On the common area there is a fireplace, tennis court and a playground with seesaw, swing and playhouse. In the communal house you have a washing machine and dryer. The cozy marina with restaurant is 150 meters away. From here you can make beautiful walks. A path leads through a wetland. In Gedser you have sights, with Sydstenen the southernmost point of Denmark, Gedser Remise and the ferry to Rostock. Falster is an interesting area and has beautiful nature areas. Miles of white sandy beaches and chic castles and manor houses you will find, also family friendly attractions and activities. Visit Marielyst Adventure with go-karts and a fun & golf park. Fishing is good on the coasts, including in the many put & take lakes. In Nykøbing Falster, take a stroll through Folkepark and visit the small zoo and the wonderful playground and of course the large Medieval Center.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
