The small one-room holiday apartment, which is well suited for fitters/business travellers, is located in a separate outbuilding on the owner's 1000 sqm residential property within a quiet residential area. It was completely refurbished in 2018 and equipped with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio, kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC and electric heating. There is W-LAN, a furnished outdoor seating area, sun loungers, barbecue facilities, storage space for bicycles and a car park. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. Pets are not allowed in this property.
Wusterhusen is a beautiful village between Greifswald and Wolgast, approx. 2 km from the seaside resort of Lubmin. Restaurant and shopping in the village, beach on the Greifswalder Bodden approx. 2 km.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
