This stylishly furnished semi-detached house is located in Njivice, a beautiful place on the golden island of Krk. On the upper floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen and two bedrooms with bathroom. On the roof terrace you will find a lounge area by the pool and a sun deck with sun loungers. All interior and exterior details and furnishings have been carefully designed to make your stay peaceful, enjoyable and relaxing. The pebble beach is approx. 300 metres away and can be reached on foot. There are many opportunities for an active holiday by the water. Njivice is a place with the best restaurants on the island. Discover the rich history and cultural heritage of the island of Krk, enjoy wakeboarding in Punat, karting track in Krk, promenades, viewpoints, hiking and cycling trails. Swim on the beautiful beaches, visit Vrbnik, the island of Koljun, taste the flavours of traditional island specialities and visit the nearby wineries.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
