Description
Beautiful cottage from the 19th century in Småland, in an area with very interesting flora and fauna. Own bathing place with jetty and barbecue on the lake 60 m away. You have a large private jetty on your own lake property. Beautiful hiking trails. Visit Åsens (20 km) and Skurugata and Eksjö (30 km). 100 km you have to the experience park Astrid Lindgrens Värld and the toothpick museum is 30 km away. For shopping you drive 36 km to Jönköping, passing Huskvarna, where you can see a 300-year history in the Husqvarna Factory Museum. There is an impressive collection of sewing machines, bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, lawnmowers and chainsaws. A few hundred meters away is Smedbyn with roots in the 18th century. In fact, this is where the armorers lived with their families. From August 1 to September 15 there is a ban on fishing in the lake due to fishing for crayfish. Pike, zander and other species can be caught in the lake. Please note that a steep staircase leads to the upper floor.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
