This beautiful and comfortable holiday apartment with a spacious terrace and shared pool is located in the former royal and attractive town of Biograd. The pool is located at the back of the fenced property and therefore offers more privacy. Olive trees lend the well-tended grounds a pleasant atmosphere, while darts and table tennis provide entertainment. Guests of the house are also free to use the konoba with barbecue area. Enjoy your free time relaxing and sunbathing on the sandy beach or take day trips to nearby Lake Vrana, the largest natural lake in Croatia. A visit to the towns of ibenik and Zadar is recommended.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
