The house, built at the end of the 19th century and continuously renovated, is located, together with several other small and cozy townhouses in Assens. The house is in the typical style of a townhouse, in two floors. In addition, there is a separate annex, which is connected to the house via a wonderfully undisturbed garden in the courtyard. Dor you can also enjoy the sun or barbecue. On the first floor are the kitchen and dining area, openly connected to the living room. Throughout the house you have a fast internet connection. The city's bathing beach, marina and harbor can be easily reached on foot from the house.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
