With a beautiful view of the Mookerplas and located in a wooded area, this Houseboat is a great place to spend your holiday. The Houseboat has the same comforts as a boat only you cannot sail with it; it remains moored during your stay. You can dive straight from the terrace (with swimming ladder) of your Houseboat into the clear lake for a swim.
Accommodation
The lodge has a cosy living room with a comfortable couch and a table for 6 people with a direct view of the lake through the large windows. The living room leads to the terrace, with a fantastic view of the lake. The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The compact kitchen has a hob, coffee machine (Senseo), fridge and kettle. The first bedroom has a double box spring bed (160x200cm) with two single duvets and pillows. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds (80x200cm). If there are more than 4 of you, the sofa bed in the living room offers an extra sleeping place. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, electric heater, hairdryer and shower cabin with sliding glass walls. The accommodation also has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. It is possible from April 1 to November 1 to use the washer and dryer in the adjacent Driesen Marina for a fee. In addition to the Houseboat, there is also room to bring your own boat of a maximum of 2.5 * 5. Parking is available in the nearby car park. It is a five-minute walk to the houseboat, and there are luggage trolleys available in the harbour.
Surrounding area
If you love everything in and around water, this is the ideal place for you. Water rats and sun worshippers will be in their element here surrounded by nature. You have your own 'private lake' with beautifully clear water right outside the door. If you like fishing, you can even cast a line from your terrace (fishing license is not required)! It is also possible to rent a luxury sloop, kayak or SUP so that all possibilities on the water can be used to the full. This also allows you to moor at your own houseboat. If you want to explore the surroundings, follow one of the walking routes or hire a sturdy E-chopper with a suggested route to see even more of the area. De Mookerplas is situated in the beautiful nature reserve of De Mookerheide and is close to the German border and the lovely city of Nijmegen and Arnhem. A variety of restaurants and sights are also within easy reach.

Sehr schönes Hausboot, ausreichend Platz. Sauber und gepflegt sowohl im Hausboot, als auch die gesamte Anlage. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Betten - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wieder kommen ! Ruhe und Erholung garantiert !
Für Angler ein Traum - direkt von der Terrasse aus möglich !

Das Hausboot war super ausgestattet, gemütlich und sauber! Auch die Aussengarnitur war einfach klasse, selbst wenn es geregnet hat, konnte man sie kurze Zeit später wieder benutzen. Was grandios ist, sind die Bollerwagen, da der Weg doch sehr lang ist, wenn man alles zum Hausboot bringen muss.

Es hat mir von Anfang bis Ende alles sehr gut gefallen, war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Ich habe das Wochenende mit meiner Freundin dort verbracht und war begeistert. Wir hatten beide sehr viel Freude und hatten sehr viel Spaß in dem Bootshaus! Der Sonnenaufgang ist sehr schön vom Bootshaus zu sehen und sieht magisch aus mit dem morgigen Nebel und der Reflektierenden Sonne auf dem Wasser.

Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Hausboot. Viele kleine Details in Form von kleinen Dekorationen etc. Auch für den Hund wurde ein Geschenk vorbereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass die Vermieter alles mit sehr viel Herzblut machen und sich von einem "Standardanbieter" positiv abheben. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub auf dem Hausboot.

Unser Aufenthalt auf dem Hausboot war wunderbar! Das Boot war komfortabel eingerichtet, mit einem tollen Blick auf den See. Besonders schön war, dass man direkt von der Terrasse ins Wasser springen konnte. Die ruhige Lage, fußläufige Restaurants und der tägliche Brötchenservice machten den Urlaub perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
