Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this comfortable houseboat, located on the picturesque Mookerplas and surrounded by wooded surroundings. From the terrace, equipped with a swimming ladder, you can take a dip in the clear water of the Mookerplas.
Accommodation
The houseboat offers a cozy and practical layout, perfect for a relaxing stay. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a dining table, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake thanks to the large windows. From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the water. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The Houseboat has the same amenities as a boat, but you are not allowed to sail it and it remains in the same place during your stay.
The open kitchen is compact but fully equipped with a hob, Senseo coffee maker, refrigerator and kettle. The bedrooms are practically furnished: the first room has a double box-spring bed (160x200cm) with separate duvets and pillows, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds (80x200cm). For larger groups, the sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping space.
The modern bathroom has a shower cabin with sliding glass walls, a toilet, sink, hairdryer and electric heating. Additional facilities such as air conditioning and free Wi-Fi make your stay even more comfortable. From April to November, you can use a washing machine and dryer in the adjacent Jachthaven Driesen for a small fee. In addition, there is space next to the houseboat for your own boat of up to 2.5 x 5 meters. You can park your car on a nearby lot, about a five-minute walk away. Luggage carts are available in the marina.
Surroundings
The Mookerplas is a paradise for water lovers and nature lovers. Whether you want to swim, fish (no fishing license required), or sail, you have everything within reach. Rent a luxury sloop, kayak or SUP to make the most of the water and moor at your own houseboat.
For those who prefer to explore the area, there are beautiful hiking trails and the option to rent an E-chopper, including a route with which you can discover the region. The Mookerplas is located in the natural area of the Mookerheide, close to the German border and a short distance from the bustling city of Nijmegen. In addition, there are various restaurants and countless sights to enjoy in the area.
Whether you choose relaxation on the water or adventure in nature, this unique houseboat offers the perfect base for a wonderful holiday!

Wir, die Haus Cassel Seniorenresidenz, waren 5 Tage mit unserem Bewohner und waren alle sehr begeistert. Ursprünglich hatten wir nur 2 Tage geplant , aber konnten unproblematisch vor Ort verlängern. Für unseren Bewohner war es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Unser Dank auch an die Betreiber für die tolle Unterstützung

Fantastische housebeat met mooi uitzicht op de plas. Lekker het water induiken of vanaf de boot op de sup. Beheerder is vriendelijk en mocht je een klacht hebben, wordt dit meteen opgelost.
Ontzettend leuke boot, maar helaas maar 2 pitten om te koken, wat het wel wat lastiger maakt, maar ook weer begrijpelijk gezien het feit, dat anders het stoomnet op de boot wordt overbelast.
Goede bedden en een heerlijk schoon en mooie douche/toilet.
Alles natuurlijk een beetje krap, maar dat is logisch.
Wij hebben voor de 2de keer een heerlijke tijd gehad bij de marina.

Der Urlaub hat uns komplett zufrieden gestellt. Die Lage vom Boot Georgia war perfekt. Wir waren zum 2. ten mal da und fanden das neue Ecksofa viel angenehmer.

Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt auf einem Hausboot und es war großartig! Die Hausboote bieten alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Anlage ist hundefreundlich. Wir haben uns auch ein Boot ausgeliehen. Das war ein Highlight!

Super nettes Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit und eine sehr saubere Anlage. Das Hausboot war sehr sauber. Würde ich weiter empfehlen sofort. Unser Handy ist ins Wasser gefallen und der Besitzer war sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit hat eine Taucher Gruppe gefragt die gerade auch dort Urlaub gemacht haben ob die uns helfen können. Sie haben uns geholfen mit dem Besitzer und das Handy rausgeholt. Die Natur ist super schön und man kann dort sehr schön spazieren gehen. Ein sehr sauber und gepflegter Spielplatz für die Kinder. Grillplätze genug. Mega schön würden nochmal dahinfahren.

Het is een heerlijk plekje, zo aan de Mookerplas. De houseboat is van alle gemakken voorzien, het uitzicht is prachtig en de ontvangst geweldig. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen.
