Living and outdoor life

The bright living room is all about the view. Large windows and French doors bring the lake inside. From the cosy seating area you step straight out onto the terrace, where a generous garden table is ready for long breakfasts and dinners as the boats pass by. The villa also has a conservatory.

A spacious garden surrounds the villa. Thanks to morning and afternoon sun, you enjoy daylight for much of the day. And because the villa is detached, you have no neighbours on the other side of the wall.

Kitchen

The modern open-plan kitchen features an induction hob with extractor hood, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. For your coffee, choose between the Nespresso coffee machine and the filter coffee maker. The large dining table seats all six of you, again with an open view of the water.

Bedrooms and bathroom

The first floor has three bedrooms, each with single box spring beds and a wardrobe. The main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the lake: the perfect spot for your first cup of coffee. The bathroom is beautifully finished with a bathtub, a walk-in shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.

Underfloor heating keeps things cosy, and insect screens keep the mosquitoes out. The indoor storage room has a washing machine and extra storage space, and a drying rack is provided. Relax in front of the smart TV and stay connected with fast Wi-Fi. Made-up beds, bed linen and a towel set per person are included. There is parking for two cars.
