Nice cottage in Spånhyltan, 6.6 km from Rydaholm in Småland. The house is secluded and it is about 500 m to the nearest neighbor. The cottage has a nice open garden with beautiful trees and shrubs. There is also a large area for ball games. You have a large terrace, which is partially covered with an awning. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated, with two living rooms and a sofa bed upstairs in the large hallway. The cottage has a nice large bathroom and a large additional toilet. It is about 3.4 km to the small Helgasjön with a nice swimming spot. Here is also the car and toy museum of Rydaholm. Lake Furen with Smålands Hawaii is less than 18 km away and also has a nice sandy beach. To Alvesta it is 18 km, where you have the train station and a nice golf course. In Värnamo, 35 km away, is the art museum Vandalorum, where there is also a good lunch restaurant. There are also shopping facilities and restaurants.

If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
