Description
The child-friendly beach is just 150 metres from the house. The house itself is fantastic, has a lovely pool and a partially covered terrace. Together with the large flat plot, this holiday home is particularly suitable for families with children. There is a cot with a mattress and a high chair for younger guests. You will find it in the south of Skodshoved, a place with a nice atmosphere and a small marina, where you can eat well at Skodshoved Badehotel in the summer. In the evenings it is especially nice in front of the open fire or on the terrace. The surrounding area is rich in leisure activities. An energy-saving heat pump has been installed to heat the swimming pool.

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
