Cozy, small stone cottage located in quiet surroundings. Beautiful garden ground. Near Wroclaw. Silesia is a land where rivers are the natural borders. In the east lies the catchment area of the Upper and Middle Odra rivers and in the west the Queis and Bober rivers. The traditional transport axis of Silesia is also the Oder River and the roads running parallel to it. The Odra River served for inland navigation from early times, several tons of goods are transported on the river every year.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
