At the foot of the apartment you have direct access to the GR70, better known as Chemin de grandes randonnées "le Stevenson". In the surroundings of Pradelles, the landscapes and nature of the volcanic country with the lakes of Naussac, Bouchet St. Nicolas and Issarles await you.
Pradelles is located at the crossroads of the three departments of Ardèche, Lozère and Haute Loire and is the ideal place for your stay in the Massif Central.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
