Description
Beautiful vacation complex located in the small village of Macerino, in the green Umbrian countryside with beautiful views over the valley and the surrounding woods. The property has been divided into 3 pretty apartments, furnished in typical Umbrian style and fully equipped. Each apartment has a private outdoor area with table and chairs. Guests also have access to a large communal garden with table, chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and panoramic swimming pool. 1 baby crib available (on request and free of charge). On the property there is a restaurant where you can taste Umbrian specialties. The Umbria region gives its visitors a sense of peace and tranquility, and amidst the rolling hills you will find a variety of ancient hermitages and monasteries, where saints such as St. Francis of Assisi once lived. The property is conveniently located for visiting interesting art cities such as Perugia, Gubbio, Orvieto, Spoleto, Città di Castello, Spello and Todi after a short drive. The accommodation also organizes dinners / lunches and celebrations for special occasions. When the pool is used for ceremonies and restaurant visits, Novasol clients have reserved sun loungers and outdoor areas.... The pool is occasionally used by restaurant customers as well. Payment and Cancellation Policies
Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
