It is very practically furnished, here you will spend cozy vacation hours. Living room, dining room and kitchen are very spacious and are located on the first floor. The interior as well as the exterior are inviting and well maintained. On the large property there is plenty of space for your children to play and romp. There is also a swing available. The house is available all year round. So that it is also cozy warm in winter, there is a fireplace. The nearest swimming opportunity at a lake is about 7 km away. The nearest sandy beach is 18 km away.

Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
