Besides classic monuments such as Piazza San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, Rialto, the Zona della Salute area in Dorsoduro awaits you in Venice with three important architectural complexes: the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute, the Patriarchal Seminary and the Dogana da Mar complex. But also the Cannaregio area, near the train station, offers many attractions that are sometimes not visited because they are not part of the traditional tourist routes.

If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
