This holiday home is located near the village of Talla (1.5 km) in a romantic side valley of the Casentino. The large living room with open fireplace, adjoining kitchenette and bathroom is on the first floor; on the ground floor are the bedrooms with bathroom (double bedroom with shower); the furnishings are in rustic style. This holiday home offers special attractions especially for children: On the large private grounds, guests have access to the large private pool with sunbathing area, a barbecue and various seating areas. For sporting activities, there is a volleyball court and plenty of space for running and jumping. A gate leads down to the neighbouring Mühlbach stream, a natural adventure playground. The owner lives in the mill house on the neighbouring property, where holiday home ITA894 is also located. Nearby excursion destinations are the castles and borghi of the Casentino, hikes through the Casentino Nature Park and into Pratomagno (1,600 m); Arezzo 25 km, Florence 80 km; Talla with shops, restaurant, bar 1.5 km.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
