The large property is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, an orchard with a variety of herbs. At your disposal is also a terrace with a barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals. Enjoy a walk along the marked hiking trails. Near the house there is also a sports field with different playing fields. Visit the town of Makarska and the beautiful beaches of the Makarska Riviera. In the neighboring Bosnia and Herzegovina you can visit the famous shrine of Medjugorje. In the garden various organic vegetables are available free of charge.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
