Description
This property is located on the border of the Tuscan Maremma and was once accommodation for the hunters. In the park of the villa, about 100m away, two outbuildings have been restored (IRU214 and IRU215). Both buildings have a private garden area. Guests share a large covered terrace and a double pool with massage jets. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the vast landscape and can relax well. Horseback rides can be booked on request. Within an hour drive you can reach the beaches of Argentario, Lake Bolsena (18 km), the thermal baths of Saturnia (42 km) and Tarquinia (48 km).

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
