Inside, the villa exudes elegance and spaciousness. The lowest floor comprises a living room with summer kitchen and indoor barbecue, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with bathtub. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find a large living/dining room with comfortable seating, a TV and a spacious dining table as well as a fully equipped kitchen and three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and an additional shower room.

Villa Sa Caleta is located in the south of Mallorca just 300 metres from Cala Marçal beach in Portocolom and has direct access to the sea. Cala Marçal is a white sandy beach with many extras such as beach loungers, beach bar, lifeguards etc. Portocolom offers a wide selection of bars and restaurants. The location is within easy reach of other beautiful beaches in the region!

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
