This spacious and welcoming vacation home, completely independent, with a fenced garden and a small private pop-up pool, is the perfect place for your vacation with children and four-legged friends! It is located in a quiet position in the countryside near the center of Vecchiano. Here you will find easy stores and excellent restaurants. In just 13 km you can reach the beautiful beaches of Marina di Vecchiano and a little further away is Torre del Lago, where you will find a rich calendar of Puccini performances in the summer. About 10 km away, Pisa awaits you with the charming Piazza dei Miracoli with the world famous Leaning Tower, the Old Town and the Piazza dei Cavalieri. For a day of relaxation, the thermal baths of San Giuliano (less than 10 km away) are a great choice. With their healing and relaxing waters, it will be a wonderful experience!

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
