There is also a landscaped private garden where you can barbecue and play with your children on the lawn.
The vacation home is located in a vacation park where sustainable development and relaxation are paramount. While strolling, watch the ferry that takes cyclists to the other side of the river and provides a pleasant hustle and bustle. The village of Grou is the perfect starting point due to its central location in Friesland. In addition to the many water sports facilities, Grou also has delicious restaurants and cozy stores. You can also visit the Alde Feanen National Park. There are many opportunities for water sports in the vicinity of the vacation home. For example, you can hire a boat at the water park or take lessons at the nearby sailing school. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
