Thanks to its location, this is the ideal place for both relaxing and active holidays. Enjoy various water sports on the Markermeer or visit vibrant Amsterdam, and then relax completely at Park Westerkogge in Berkhout afterwards.
Rent an (electric) bicycle from us and discover the beautiful natural surroundings. Or enjoy the facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, sports field, play areas or the fishing opportunities. And would you like to bring your own boat? If so, you can dock it at the jetties. Park Westerkogge has every convenience needed for you to experience an unforgettable and relaxing holiday.

About the surroundings
Park Westerkogge is located in Berkhout and offers beautiful surroundings, with several natural areas and a lot of water. This small village in North-Holland is located close to the large recreational area De Hulk, known for its many forests and meadows. The holiday park also lies close to the Markermeer, the IJsselmeer and the sea. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy no less than 45 kilometers of boat routes, many mooring docks, several water sports activities and fun fishing possibilities in the close vicinity of the park. Surfing, sailing, fishing, boating and swimming, it's all possible in the surroundings of Park Westerkogge. Would you like some culture? Visit one of the idyllic villages, the many cultural hot spots or the historic city of Hoorn (15 minutes drive). Misschien hoort het antwoord hier wel niet, maar we zaten vlak bij de generatoren die 's avonds best wel veel lawaai maakten ondanks de isolatie kleden die erom zaten.

In ons verblijf werd de tweede milieu straat aangelegd, ik ontving netjes een mailtje waarin dit stond aangegeven en hoe lang het zou duren. Dit verraste mij omdat niet alle parken dit doen, dus dat vond ik heel netjes!
