ATI157 has a south-facing balcony and a covered terrace where you can spend pleasant summer evenings. The Paznaun Valley offers many sporting activities for children and adults. Well-marked hiking trails lead to the various, picturesquely located alpine pastures near the peaks. You can also plan a trip over the Silvretta High Alpine Road. Washing machine for a fee. Bread roll service possible.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
