Parc de IJsselhoeve is located in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel and is surrounded by water. The vacation park is located along the river IJssel and borders Park Hitland; a beautiful nature reserve with a rural and open character. This makes Parc de IJsselhoeve the ideal spot to completely relax; for example after a visit to Rotterdam or another city in the Randstad. When you arrive at the vacation park you will see the remains of ancient brick ovens, which gives the entrance a unique character. At the vacation park, you will find, among other things, a brasserie with a snack bar, an outdoor swimming pool, bicycle rental service, WiFi free of charge, a laundry room, and various sports and playing fields. And if you're taking your dog on vacation, be sure to visit the special dog playground.

Parc de IJsselhoeve is located in the recreational area of Hitland, in the scenic Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. This scenic area has all the ingredients to make sure you fully relax. It is characterized by a variety of natural landscapes, from forests to meadows and waters to peatlands. You can also go on scenic walks or cycling trips in the vicinity. For more information about the various walking and/or cycling routes and bicycle rental, please contact the reception at the park. The striking cities of Rotterdam and Gouda are also just a short distance from the park (15-20 minutes by car). Ideal if you want to spend a day shopping, sightseeing or visit the famous Gouda cheese market. You can also visit various monumental windmills and farms in the nearby villages of Ouderkerk aan den IJssel and Capelle aan den IJssel. In addition, the park is perfectly located for a visit to one of the many museums, zoos, amusement parks or indoor and outdoor playgrounds in the area is rich.
