At the heart of the villa's outdoor area is a pool with access via a semi-circular staircase, surrounded by luxurious sun loungers and parasols. Whether you're lounging by the pool or enjoying the shaded terrace, you'll have plenty of space to relax. The villa's outdoor dining areas are perfect for al fresco meals, and in the evening the grounds come alive with atmospheric lighting. Two horses and several chickens live in the grounds.
The villa itself combines natural stone with Mallorcan charm and offers six bedrooms, three bathrooms and modern facilities on two floors. The living room with its vaulted marble ceiling has soft sofas, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area and modern appliances. Son Gener is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature and experience true luxury.
The finca "Son Gener" is situated in a quiet location in the eastern part of the island, between Manacor and the bay of Alcúdia. Manacor is perfect for shopping (8 km by car). A market is held here every Monday, where you can sample the fresh delicacies of the region. The sea (Bay of Alcúdia) is only 12 km away. Porto Cristo with its beautiful promenade is approx. 20 km away and offers a lovely beach with a shallow entrance into the sea. Mallorca airport is approx. 50 minutes away by car.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
