Make a dream come true for you and your children and spend your holiday in this beautiful and comfortable tree house in the Hoogersmilde forest. The tasteful house has everything you could wish for, so you can feel at home as soon as you arrive. Cooking together, a bath with a view of the greenery or a cosy film evening, everything is possible. The open-plan design allows you to spend a lot of time together as a family, while the imaginative and unusual solutions in the interior ensure a high level of comfort.
You can enjoy your morning with a freshly brewed coffee on the terrace and discuss your activities and planned excursions.
The tree house is part of a small holiday park that offers you several amenities. If you are a horse lover, your heart will beat faster at the sight of the horses that you can borrow to ride out. You can also play table tennis and hire bicycles to explore the beautiful, green countryside. In the park, you can visit the in-house brasserie during holiday periods and at weekends for a hot drink or snack and a fresh croissant in the morning. The park has several play equipment for the children and the central playground has a high climbing net, an interactive football wall, a volleyball net and the climbing forest with zip wire. Animation teams organise many entertaining activities during the school holidays. As a park guest, you have free admission to the outdoor swimming pool located right next to the park. The swimming pool is open from Ascension Day until the end of August. In addition, the most beautiful recreational lake in Drenthe is just a short cycle ride away: Het Blauwe meer. Discover the mountain bike routes and hiking trails in the area.

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
