The house has been completely rebuilt, giving it a beautiful south-facing living room, which is covered with light carpets and from which you can access a partially covered south-facing terrace. The white kitchen offers ample cabinet space. Attractive bathroom with whirlpool, access to sauna and underfloor heating. Good fishing and golf course in the area.
The place attracts windsurfers from all over the world who test their skills here on the waves of the North Sea, a spectacle for the spectators.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
