Description
Very nice cottage with beautiful outdoor area to the sea. Large window sections from the floor to the roof give you the sea view also from the inside. You can sit in front of the stove and enjoy the sea view at the same time. On the island of Aspö there is a driving range for the golf lover. You can rent bicycles at the ferry. On Aspö there are several cozy cafes and the castle with a museum. If you want to fish, there are pike, salmon, sea trout, herring and plaice. Fine sandy beach within walking distance. You can shop in Karlskrona, there is also the worth visiting "Marinmuseum" and "Barnens Gård".
Note: The cottage may only be used by the guests and not more people than indicated.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
