Description
Child friendly cottage in southern Visby. Shared courtyard with playground and swings. On the terrace you have sun in the afternoon and evening. 600 m from the house is the outdoor pool Terra Nova, should prefer this to the beautiful beaches of Tofta, Sudersand, Ljugarn and Åminne. Also for your children there are many sites to visit on Gotland, Villa Villkulla, Fornsalen, Fenomenalen and the cave of Lummelunda. It is free fun to look for wild horses on Lojsta Heath, build towers of stones or sand castles on the beach, visit one of the 92 churches, or perhaps an Iron Age grave. In July and August there are knight games. In one of the bedrooms there is a travel cot, which can be easily transported to one of the other rooms. 3 km to the city walls of Visby.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
