Beautiful cottage with bright walls, nice furniture and a large kitchen-living room. It is located in Helberskov. The property belongs to an established vacation home area. The large terrace is partly under roof. In the area you can experience a lot of nature or fishing, either in the sea or in the fjord. Many charming, older houses and nice restaurants can be found here. Take a trip to Mariager, also called the city of roses, a place with narrow streets and old houses. On the nearest coast there is a beach meadow. As the nearest sandy beach we can recommend the bathing beach at Øster Hurup.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
