Het huis was prima in orde. Mooie omgeving was het. Het was leuk om een welkoms pakket te krijgen voor de eerste dagen. De airco in de huiskamer was goed. Alleen in de slaapkamer was het vrij benauwd. Daar was geen airco.

De ontvangst is wel onpersoonlijk met de digitale sleutel. Verder zijn we erg tevreden over de horeca en het zwembad. We hadden wel weinig schaduw bij ons huisje (125) en toen we vroegen om een parasol die om kan klappen (voor meer schaduw bij laagstaande zon) was het antwoord dat het aan de eigenaar ligt. Dat begrijp ik maar vind ik toch ook heel erg jammer. Het was namelijk best wel heeel heet. De huur van de e-choppers en alles via de app is erg handig. Maar fijn dat het receptie personeel ook nog steeds heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk is.

Het was relax en rustig, de resort leg aan een hele mooi wandelgebied en vlakbij de mooie centrum van Valkenburg. Wij hebben het erg leuk gehad.
