Description
Dream away in this authentic stone vacation home in Gardosi, surrounded by the green landscape of Istria. The traditional house is spread over three floors and offers plenty of space to spend quality time together, while the practical bedrooms with private bathrooms provide privacy and comfort.
Inside, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, while outdoors you will find several places to relax. Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on one of the terraces, take in the views and end warm summer evenings beneath the vine-covered pergola. While the children play in the garden, everyone can naturally unwind here. Thanks to the climate control, the house is suitable for a comfortable stay during both warm and cooler periods.
Layout & Comfort
The vacation home welcomes you across three floors and combines authentic features with practical comfort. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, providing plenty of privacy when staying with family or friends.
On the ground floor, the cozy living room forms the heart of the home. Gather around the wood-burning stove, sit at the dining tables for a shared meal or enjoy a board game together. The property features climate control for both heating and cooling.
Outdoor Living & Surroundings
Around the house, there is a garden with several terraces, giving you a pleasant outdoor spot at different times of the day. The vine-covered pergola is a charming place to end the day and linger outdoors while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
The property is located near Grožnjan, a picturesque town in the Istrian hinterland. North of the village, a beautiful wooded area begins, with a cycling path running through it. The region is also renowned for producing high-quality olive oil and Istrian wines.
In summer, Grožnjan comes alive with music and cultural events. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts can explore the surrounding area directly from the property, while the Adriatic coast is also within easy reach for a day trip. Visit Novigrad, for example, where beautiful pebble beaches and the atmosphere of the Adriatic coast await.
