This beautiful vacation home invites you and your family for a relaxing vacation. The house is nicely furnished and makes both a modern and authentic impression. One of the bedrooms is furnished with bunk beds and is very suitable for children. In the well-equipped kitchen you can cook nicely and entertain with the rest of the guests at the same time. Spend convivial hours at the dining table during meals and relax on the couch with a movie.
In the private, fenced garden you can relax nicely in the shade of the orange tree and enjoy a cold drink while your children play on the lawn or at the playhouse. Refresh yourself in the pool and spend wonderful summer evenings under the tent roof, where you can also dine al fresco.
You live 9 km from the sea and sandy beach, where you will surely spend many hours swimming and playing. If you feel like a day trip, you can visit the nearby cities of Pisa or Lucca, both certainly worth a visit.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
